Silicone Stomach Tube

Material Made of soft, clear silicone with a clearly visible blue X-ray line. Closed tip, capped connector. Packed in a sterile peel pouch with an additional inner bag, sterilized with ethylene oxide gas (EO GAS).

Packaging 1 tube per pouch (10 pouches per box)

Shelf life 5 years; the manufacturing and expiry dates are clearly printed on each pouch.

1. Tube length: sizes 8 and 10 are 80 cm; sizes 12, 14, 16 and 18 are 125 cm.
2. Spacing between holes at the tip: 2 cm (4 side holes in total).
3. Distance from the tip to the first hole: 0.8 cm.
4. Side-hole width: size 8 1.2 mm, size 10 1.5 mm, size 12 1.8 mm, size 14 2.1 mm, size 16 2.5 mm, size 18 2.9 mm.

Directions for use

1. Open the package and remove the tube, taking care to avoid contamination.
2. Apply lubricating gel to the tip, then gently insert the tube through one nostril or through the mouth down into the stomach.
3. Watch the depth markings on the tube to place it at the correct position.

Warnings / precautions

1. This product is mainly used for gastric lavage, enteral feeding and relieving abdominal pressure in perioperative patients. Do not use it for any other purpose.
2. This is a sterile, single-use product. Use immediately after opening and dispose of it after use. Do not re-sterilize.
3. Do not use if anything is abnormal, such as torn packaging or a damaged product.
